Relying on her natural negotiation skills and agility even in the most critical situations, Cindy is advising, for more than 20 years, management and HR teams on large range of employment-related matters.

She is notably involved in senior hires and terminations, international mobility and restructuring projects, including collective redundancies.

Through her role as Managing Partner of one of the leading laws firms in Luxembourg, Cindy has developed solid management and entrepreneurial competences which, combined with her strong sense of client service, give her a very good understanding of her clients’ needs.

Passionate and deeply committed to clients, Gaëlle brings extensive experience from a leading law firm, where she has advised a diverse range of clients and developed a strong expertise in representing and assisting employers in both individual and collective employment law matters. She handles all aspect of employment law, including issues related to employment contracts and terminations,  harassment, whistleblowing, as well as restructurings and reorganisations in local and transnational contexts, offering both strategic and robust defence of her clients’ interest in court. Her practice also extends to pensions and immigration-related issues.

Highly involved in the life of the Luxembourg Bar, she began her career by distinguishing herself in the 2018 eloquence competition organised by the Bar Association, which led her to represent the Luxembourg Bar at numerous international lawyer speech contests afterwards. Her dedication continued through her service as a member of the Luxembourg Young Bar Committee from 2019 to 2021.

She is a member of the Employment Law Specialist Association (ELSA), further demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of developments in employment law.

Ilaria provides legal assistance to clients in any employment-related matter, in both advisory and litigation matters.

She completed a bilingual and dual legal education at the Università degli studi di Firenze and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She earned a Second’s Master degree in International and European Law, Master 2 Juriste International, at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also attended the 2021 Summer School edition in International Private Law at the Hague Academy of International Law and the Contract Law Course organised by Harvard University.

She collaborates with different Italian and French reviews, notably in employment law.

Passionate about Employment law, Emeline provides sound advice and assistance to clients on all individual and collective HR legal issues.

After graduating (with honors) from the Faculté de Droit de Nancy with a Master's degree in Droit du Travail et de la Protection Sociale, it was only natural for her to join a law firm specializing in employment law.

Thanks to the valuable experience gained during an internship in the legal department of a Luxembourg bank, she had the opportunity to immerse herself in the practice of Luxembourg employment law and related matters.

She plans to continue her studies by enrolling in the Complementary Courses in Luxembourg Law by 2025.
